Mycrokleen Returns & Refunds Policy
At Mycrokleen, we are committed to delivering high-quality, innovative, and environmentally friendly cleaning solutions. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll do our best to make it right.
1. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are unhappy with a Mycrokleen product for any reason, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work with you to resolve the issue. Depending on the circumstances, this may include a replacement, store credit, or a refund.
2. Cooling-Off Period (Online Purchases)
In line with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), Section 16, customers who purchase online are entitled to a 5 business-day cooling-off period. This means you may cancel your order for any reason within 5 days of receiving the goods.
– Goods must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
– Return shipping costs will be your responsibility unless the goods are defective or supplied incorrectly.
3. Returns (General Policy)
– Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
– You may request a return within 7 days of delivery for non-defective goods.
– For hygiene, safety, and quality reasons, cleaning chemicals, detergents, soaps, and disinfectants cannot be returned once opened or used — unless defective, unsafe, or not as described.
– Products damaged through misuse, negligence, or improper storage will not qualify for return.
4. Defective, Unsafe, or Incorrect Goods
Under the CPA, you are entitled to return defective, unsafe, or incorrectly supplied goods within 6 months of purchase for a repair, replacement, or refund at no cost to you.
– Claims should be made as soon as reasonably possible, ideally within 48 hours of noticing the issue.
– We may request clear photos to assist with processing your claim.
– Replacement items will be shipped at no additional cost.
5. Refunds
– Refunds are processed once your return has been inspected and approved.
– Approved refunds will be issued within 7–10 business days to your original payment method, or as store credit if preferred.
– Shipping or delivery fees are non-refundable unless the product was defective, unsafe, or incorrectly supplied.
6. Exchanges
We will gladly exchange items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied. Replacement shipping will be free of charge.
7. Order Cancellations
– Orders may be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.
– Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations will be treated as a return and subject to this policy.
8. Shipping Costs for Returns
– If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective, or unsafe product), we will cover return shipping costs.
– If the return is due to change of mind, incorrect order, or the exercise of the 5-day cooling-off right, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
9. How to Request a Return, Exchange, or Refund
1. Email internalsales@dzanetech.co.za with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
2. Our team will provide instructions and a return reference number if applicable.
3. Pack the product securely for safe return.
4. Ship the item to the address provided (unless otherwise arranged).
10. Legal Rights
This policy does not limit or replace your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act (CPA). Customers remain entitled to return defective goods within 6 months of purchase for a repair, replacement, or refund, as provided by law.
